'Gazing of Tranquility' to open | “静谧的凝视”开展
An Italian contemporary figurative art sculpture exhibition, 'Gazing of Tranquility' has opened to the public in Wuhan Art Museum from Mar. 8 through May 8. It features 33 pieces of wood or stone carvings created by eight contemporary Italian sculptors.
“静谧的凝视：意大利当代雕塑艺术展”，3月8日至5月8日在武汉美术馆开展，展出8位意大利当代雕塑家的33件木雕和石雕作品。

These works are linked to Val Gardena, the South Tyrolean cradle of Ladin culture, and are major expressions of Italian contemporary art. The exhibition started its China tour last month in Hangzhou and the next stop after Wuhan will be Guangzhou.
展出作品都来自意大利上阿迪杰地区的瓦尔加迪纳，主要呈现了意大利当代艺术。首展已于上月在杭州举行，武汉巡展后将移师至广东开展。

In 2022, the friendship between the two countries is being celebrated with the events of the Year of Culture and Tourism, which is designed to commemorate the first fifty years of diplomatic relations.
2022年举行的“中意文化和旅游年”系列活动意在庆祝中意两国建交50周年。
