　　East Lake Cherry Blossom Garden expands to 34.57 hectares
　　东湖花海连绵520亩

　　Early cheery flowers started blooming. The East Lake Cherry Garden has taken on a new look this year as its total area has been expanded to nearly 34.57 hectares. The garden previously was about 20 hectares in size. The expanded area is mainly used for cherry trees on the waterfront so that visitors can view the blossoms while rowing on the lake. Over 400 cherry trees of 20 varieties from across the country are now growing in this area.
　　近日，位于东湖磨山景区的东湖樱花园的早樱已悄然绽放。整座东湖樱花园也“变了模样”——樱花园面积扩大至近520亩。原东湖樱花园面积约为300亩，扩建的部分主要以水上赏樱为主，从全国各地新引进20余种共400余棵樱花树。

　　The main media center of Beijing 2022 Olympic Games has been putting on online city tours recently. A city tour — HELLO Wuhan·Main Media Center of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games' Hubei Online Display — took place at the Yellow Crane Tower on the morning of March 6. The event consisted of four parts: integrating with the world, inheriting the old and embracing the new, creating the future, and urban dynamism, showcasing the rapid development and unique appeal of Wuhan.
　　近日，北京冬奥会主媒体中心以直播连线方式，举办城市形象系列线上观光采访活动。3月6日上午，“HELLO武汉——北京冬奥会主媒体中心湖北线上展示活动”在武汉黄鹤楼举办，活动从融通世界、承古纳新、创造未来、活力迸发4个角度向全世界展示武汉的发展和魅力。

　　国家级湿地公园将开放

　　Yaojiao Lake which used to be a big fishpond has been turned into a wetland park after 12 months' transformation. Located in Dongxihu District next to the Fuhe River, the lake, together with Du Gong Lake and its surrounding areas, forms the Du Gong Lake National Wetland Park. Consisting of water bodies, green belts, water conservation forests and farmlands, the park will open to the public in the near future.
　　历经12个月，东西湖区幺教湖从养鱼塘变为了一个湿地公园。位于东西湖区的幺教湖，紧邻府河，与一旁的杜公湖及周围部分湖岸区域构成了武汉杜公湖国家湿地公园。该公园的自然生态由水体、绿带、涵养林和农田组成，预计将于近期面向市民开放。

　　According to China Eastern Airlines, based on passengers' needs and different seasons, the airline will optimize its Hubei-related air services for the coming summer and autumn: resuming flights on the Wuhan-Yinchuan-Dunhuang, Wuhan-Yinchuan-Jiayuguan, Wuhan-Ürümqi, and Wuhan-Xi'an-Ürümqi routes; and resuming air services between Wuhan and Bo'ao to adapt to the busy seaside tourism season. The frequency of flights on the Wuhan-Enshi, Wuhan-Dali, and Wuhan-Lanzhou routes will also be increased to meet passengers' needs.
　　据东航公司消息，根据旅客出行需求和季节特点，今年夏秋航季，东航对湖北地区的航线网络进行优化。恢复执行武汉-银川-敦煌、武汉-银川-嘉峪关、武汉-乌鲁木齐、武汉-西安-乌鲁木齐。延续海滨特色旅游航线，恢复执行武汉-博鳌。加密武汉-恩施、武汉-大理、武汉-兰州，最大限度满足旅客的出行需求。

　　武汉货物首次乘中老国际货物列车前往老挝

　　A freight train carrying 7.02 tons of disposable non-woven protective clothes left Wujiashan Station at 3:23 p.m. on March 8. It was integrated into the first freight train starting from Wuhan North Railway Station and headed to Wangjiaying West Station in Kunming, Yunnan province. And then these cargoes will be carried to Vientiane Railway Station by the China-Laos international freight train service. This is the first time goods from Wuhan have been transported to Laos by the international freight train.
　　一辆搭载着7.02吨一次性无纺布隔离衣的货车8日15时23分从吴家山站开出，在武汉北站编入该站始发的货运班列，运往云南省昆明市王家营西站，然后再搭乘中老国际货物列车前往老挝万象火车站。这是武汉货物首次搭乘中老国际货物列车前往老挝。
