　　On May 18, the annual International Museum Day, "Thousands of miles and years" — Dunhuang grottoes archaeology special exhibition opened in Wuhan University's Wanlin Art Museum. Nearly 100 cultural relics are on display, most of which are exhibited for the first time outside the Mogao Grottoes.
　　5月18日，是一年一度的“国际博物馆日”，“万里千年”敦煌石窟考古特展在武汉大学万林艺术博物馆开展。据悉，本次展览共展出文物近百件，多数文物为首次走出莫高窟。

　　"Night of Museums" light show was presented on the evening of May 18, turning the buildings along the 25 kilometers of the Yangtze River into an enormous canvas, on which exquisite cultural relics from the collections of museums were displayed via digital and AR technologies.
　　5月18日晚，“博物馆之夜”长江灯光秀上演，武汉25公里长江主轴化身巨幅画卷，通过灯光秀的形式，将精美馆藏文物与现代数字技术、AR技术等融合，呈现出来。

　　On May 16, the 16th day of the fifth month on the Gregorian calendar and the 16th day of the fourth month on the lunar calendar, a supermoon rose and hung over Wuhan. It perfectly interprets the saying "The moon turns perfectly round on the 16th rather than the 15th day of the lunar month."

　　Wuhan "cultural and creative ice cream family" welcomed its new member on May 14, as Wuhan Flower Gallery (Huabohui) launched its own ice cream, which looks so fancy that people can't bear to eat. Yellow Crane Tower, Zhiyin cruise, East Lake, and Wuhan Natural History Museum all have their own unique ice creams. A set of photos of these ice cream posted by "Discover Wuhan" has received nearly 300,000 views.

　　In May this year, a bright landscape emerged along the bank of Nanhu Lake on the campus of the Central-South Minzu University. Pieces of wasteland full of weeds were opened up and planted with various flowers and plants. Colorful Galsang flowers are now in full bloom, and larkspur, cornflowers, peonies, tulips, and sunflowers are budding.
　　今年5月，中南民族大学校园南湖湖岸线边多出一片亮丽的风景。原本长满杂草的边角地块被人开了荒，种上了不同种类的花草。眼下，彩色的格桑花开得正盛，百日草、矢车菊、芍药、郁金香、向日葵等也正在拔节抽苗。
　　These new green and colorful additions are the work of a group of post-2000s students, who enjoy transforming their campus by clearing the land and planting flowers.
　　这些新添的绿色和彩色是一群00后学生的杰作，他们自行在校园里开荒、栽种花草，享受着改造校园的快乐。
