International wetlands meeting to be held in Wuhan and Geneva | 《湿地公约》缔约方大会将在武汉、日内瓦同时举行

　　The 14th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands (COP14) will take place from Nov. 5 to 13, as approved by the Chinese government and the 59th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Convention on Wetlands.
　　经中国政府批准，并经《湿地公约》第59次常委会审议通过，《湿地公约》第十四届缔约方大会（COP14大会）定于2022年11月5日至13日举办。
　　The main venue for onsite and online meetings will be in Wuhan, and a subvenue in Geneva where the Ramsar Secretariat is based.
　　大会将在湖北武汉设线上线下主会场、在公约秘书处所在地瑞士日内瓦设线上线下分会场。
　　Revolving around the theme "wetlands action for people and nature," the meeting will review issues arising from resolutions and recommendations of previous meetings, adopt the Wuhan Declaration which will be agreed on in time for the meeting, and issue reports on its discussions, conclusions and recommendations, thus contributing to the sustainable development goals adopted by the United Nations.
　　COP14大会将围绕“珍爱湿地人与自然和谐共生”主题，审议公约发展战略性议题，发布《武汉宣言》、公约战略框架等大会成果，助力实现联合国2030年可持续发展目标。
