On July 8, Zhai Yunchuan, a budget traveler from Sichuan province, was painting the river scenery of Wuhan with a brush at the Hankou Riverside Park. The painting, which depicts landmarks like the Yangtze River Crossing Museum, the Wuhan Greenland Center, and the Second Yangtze River Bridge, garnered a lot of thumbs-up from onlookers.

Over the past four years, he has traveled to more than 100 cities and completed more than 500 meters of scroll painting. "I will continue to paint and record the local customs, magnificent mountains and tributaries along the river, hopefully forming a 2,500-meter-long scroll painting. It's not an easy journey, but I will stick to it," Zhai said.
