Fully autonomous vehicles allowed on certain roads | 自动驾驶出租车上路
On Aug. 8, Wuhan issued its first batch of licenses for fully autonomous vehicles to Apollo Go, Baidu's autonomous ride-hailing service platform, allowing it to start the commercial operation of unmanned vehicles on certain roads in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone.
8月8日，武汉向Apollo旗下自动驾驶出行服务平台“萝卜快跑”发放全国首批无人化示范运营资格，允许其在武汉市经开区开启车内无安全员的自动驾驶商业化运营。

Apollo Go has now put 20 self-driving vehicles into operation in the zone, five of which have no safety personnel. The vehicles are Baidu's fifth-generation unmanned Apollo Moon vehicle.
目前，“萝卜快跑”已在经开区投入20辆自动驾驶车，其中，有5辆车内将没有安全员。运营车辆为百度第五代无人车Apollo Moon。
Within the 30 square kilometers of the Zhuankou area of the zone, 63 pick-up locations have been set up, connecting several populated areas such as Jianghan University, the Wuhan Sports Center, AEON, Wanda Plaza, and Xianglong Times Square. The service hours are initially from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
在经开区沌口区域30平方公里范围内，共设立了63个上车点，辐射经开区内江汉大学、体育中心、经开永旺、经开万达、湘隆时代广场等热点区域，服务时间初步定为早上9时至下午5时。
Apollo Go has already launched self-driving travel services in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other cities with an order volume of over 1 million rides, making it the world's largest self-driving travel service provider.
目前，萝卜快跑已在北京、上海、广州、深圳等城市开展自动驾驶出行服务，订单量超100万，已成为全球最大的自动驾驶出行服务商。
Wuhan residents can make reservations through the app and applet of Apollo Go and Baidu Maps.
武汉市民可通过“萝卜快跑”APP或小程序和百度地图预约。
