Shop owner donates mung bean soup to sanitation workers every day | 店主每天百余杯绿豆汤送给环卫工
"Hi all, the mung bean soup is ready. Please come in and have a drink." Tan Huiyou, the owner of the Chinese restaurant Yellow Crane Family in Hubu Alley, stood in front of his shop and warmly invited the sanitation workers to enjoy soup. He has been doing this since July 1 this year.
“师傅们,绿豆汤熬好了,快进来喝一杯。”10日中午,在武昌户部巷经营“黄鹤人家”中餐厅的老板谈会友,在门口热情地招呼环卫工人进店喝杯绿豆汤解暑。今年7月1日开始,谈会友每天都免费供应环卫工人绿豆汤。

Tan has been running the restaurant in Hubu Alley for 13 years. "Every day, I see sanitation workers and patrol officers working very hard there. I think the sanitation work here is more difficult than that in other places. The workers always work till night to transfer garbage and clean the ground. So, I always want to offer assistance to them."
谈会友说,自己在户部巷开店13年了, “每天,我看见环卫工人、巡逻人员都特别辛苦。我认为这里的环卫工人比别处的更辛苦,晚上要清运垃圾、清洗地面,所以我也一直想为他们做点事。”
Tan donated more than 7,000 cups of mung bean soup last summer. This year, he plans to do it till the end of August. So far, he has given away more than 3,000 cups.
谈会友去年夏天送出了7000多杯爱心绿豆汤。今年,他计划送至8月底,截至目前已经送了3000多杯。
