Come enjoy plum blossoms in Yuehu Park | 来月湖公园赏梅

　　The wintersweet and Prunus mume in Yuehu Park have come into full blossom recently along with the welcome arrival of mild weather in Wuhan.

　　近日，随着气温回升，月湖公园的蜡梅、红梅等缀满枝头，吸引不少市民游客前来观赏。

　　The Zhiyin peninsula area of the park is the optimal location for plum blossom viewing as it is generously planted with more than 300 plum trees of various varieties. "During the Spring Festival, various plum species in the park, such as the gongfenmei (a kind of pink plum blossoms) and wintersweet, have come into bloom, and will continue to be in bloom until March. The most popular meirenmei, a hybrid flower that has red leaves and is larger than common plum blossoms, will bloom at the end of February, and will remain in bloom for a month," said a staffer of the park.

　　月湖公园知音半岛区域是赏梅的主要点位，共种植有各种梅花300余株。“春节期间，公园内的宫粉梅、蜡梅陆续开放了，花期将持续至3月，而最受市民游客喜爱的美人梅将于2月底绽放，也将开放至3月下旬。”月湖公园工作人员介绍。
