Visit new extension of Hubei Provincial Museum at home | 省博新馆，在家也能逛

　　Hubei Provincial Museum has recently launched a VR panoramic tour to its new extension where the Chime Bells of Marquis Yi of Zeng and the Sword of Goujian and other exhibits can be seen on cellphones.
　　湖北省博物馆新馆日前推出VR全景游览，曾侯乙编钟、越王勾践剑等在手机上可以看啦。


　　Cloud tour to "the new extension of Hubei Provincial Museum"
　　On April 25, Yang Lisheng, the director of the museum's information department, introduced that VR technology has become mature enough to be used in a virtual exhibition tour. On the WeChat account of Hubei Provincial Museum, intending visitors can click "展览 (exhibition)" on the main menu, then choose "虚拟展览 (virtual exhibition)" which will bring up the webpage where you can take a virtual "cloud tour" of "the new extension of Hubei Provincial Museum." People can choose to visit exhibitions by floor; each exhibition has dozens to nearly 200 scenes which allow you to spin any of them 720 degrees to have a panoramic view. You can also enlarge the scene to zoom in and observe the detail of artifacts.
　　25日，省博信息部主任杨理胜介绍， VR全景在线观展技术已十分成熟。在“湖北省博物馆”微信公众号内，通过“展览”选项点开“虚拟展览”，就可“云游”“湖北省博物馆新馆”“5G智慧博物馆”。观众可按楼层选择各大展览，每个展览有数十个到近两百个场景不等，点开任何一个场景，即可进入720度浏览状态。还可拉近画面，从而看到文物的清晰细节。
