2022 China-Europe Seminar on Human Rights | 2022·中欧人权研讨会
The 2022 China-Europe Seminar on Human Rights was held both online and onsite on May 10, at separate venues in the Austrian capital of Vienna and the Chinese city of Wuhan.
5月10日，中国人权研究会和奥地利奥中友好协会共同举办“2022·中欧人权研讨会”，会议在中国武汉和奥地利维也纳分设主会场。
The seminar, themed "Science and Technology and Human Rights," was co-hosted by the China Society for Human Rights Studies (CSHRS) and the Austria-China Friendship Association (ACFA). It's the fourth event of its kind attended by around 100 domestic and international guests, including Austria's former president Heinz Fischer.
本届研讨会由华中科技大学人权法律研究院和奥中法律协会承办。这是该类活动第四次举办，奥地利前总统海因茨·菲舍尔在内的来自国内外的100余位专家嘉宾等出席本次活动。

Three parallel sessions were held discussing: the contribution of science and technology development to human rights; science and technology and the right to development; and digital technology and human rights. Experts have agreed that respecting and protecting human rights in the era of science and technology has become a new trend and feature in terms of theory, legislation, and practice.
研讨会期间，专家们围绕科技发展对人权的贡献、科技与发展权、数字技术与人权等议题举行了三场平行会议。专家们普遍认为，尊重和保障科技时代的人权，已经在理论、立法和实践中成为人权事业发展的新趋势和新特点。
Founded in 2015, the China-Europe Human Rights Seminar is an institutionalized academic platform for China-EU human rights exchange and cooperation.
中欧人权研讨会创立于2015年，是中欧在人权领域交流合作的机制化学术平台。
