　　Since June 20, high-speed trains running between Beijing and Wuhan have normally traveled at 350 km/h instead of their previous normal speed of 310 km/h, according to the China State Railway Group Co. Ltd. The shortest travel time between the two cities is now 3 hours and 48 minutes, saving approximately 30 minutes compared with the previous schedule.
　　记者从中国国家铁路集团有限公司获悉，6月20日起，北京至武汉间将率先常态化按时速350公里运营，之前常态化时速为310公里。北京至武汉间最短运行时间压缩至3小时48分，较目前最快旅行时间可节约30分钟左右。
　　The 2,298-km line runs through Beijing, Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, and Guangdong.
　　京广高铁线路全长2298公里，纵贯北京、河北、河南、湖北、湖南、广东6省市。
