Hong Kong and Macao enterprises visit south-western Hubei cities for cooperation | 家港澳企业邂逅“宜荆荆恩”
On June 25, a promotional event with the theme of "Connecting Hubei, Hong Kong and Macao and Integrating into Dual Circulation" was held in Enshi by the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Hubei Provincial People's Government. It was attended by major enterprises from Yichang, Jingzhou, Jingmen, and Enshi in the areas of biomedicine, electronic technology, culture, tourism, health, media, traditional Chinese medicine, and logistics, as well as more than 40 companies from the Hong Kong and Macao regions.

Zhang Xiaomei, the director-general of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Hubei Provincial People's Government, said that the event has been held for two consecutive years, and that through it several Hong Kong and Macao enterprises such as Hua Xiang Group and Ferro Magnetics (Wuhan) Limited have found investment opportunities and reached a consensus on cooperation in Huangshi and Xiangyang, and have now chosen to make additional investments.
推介会上，湖北省港澳办主任章笑梅表示，“对接鄂港澳，服务双循环”专题推介活动已连续举办了两年，一批港澳企业如华翔集团、邵刚磁业等，通过推介会在黄石、襄阳等地找到了投资商机、达成了合作共识，纷纷选择继续追加投资。
According to Lin Hua, the chairperson of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Hubei, Hong Kong had made investments in more than 7,900 projects in Hubei by 2021 in sectors such as real estate, medicine, finance, retail, logistics, and piano production. Lin said that during his field trip he has become interested in investing in natural resources, traditional Chinese medicine and eldercare in Enshi.
湖北省香港商会会长林华表示，香港作为湖北最大的外资来源地，截止2021年在鄂的港资项目累计超过7900个，涉及地产、医疗、金融、零售、物流、钢琴生产等不同行业领域。他提出，此次通过实地考察，更加看好恩施的天然氧吧、中医药、养老等方面将是未来的投资方向。
At the event, there was an area for attendees to try Enshi Yulu, a kind of green tea that has a high curative value, as well as products made from Lichuan black tea. Also, the first batch of the Hong Kong and Macao Youth Education Exchange Bases was unveiled there.
推介会场外还设置了体验区，邀请参会者体验恩施玉露和利川红制成的产品。推介会现场还举行了首批“港澳青少年教育交流基地”授牌仪式。
