Three generations of one family become HUST alumni | 一家三代都是华科大校友

　　On Aug. 30, when Huang Sihao from Foshan in Guangdong province completed his registration to become a university freshman, he became the third generation in his family to study at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST).
　　8月30日，来自佛山的新生黄思皓在父母和爷爷的陪伴下来到华中科技大学报道，成为家里第三代华科人。
　　His 82-year-old grandfather Huang Zhaoxuan is a class of 1958 alumnus of the school's Second Mechanical Department, his 81-year-old grandmother a class of 1959 First Mechanical Department alumnus, and his 49-year-old aunt is a class of 1990 alumna who was admitted to Tongji Medical University (later merged into the university as Tongji Medical College of HUST) majoring in maternal and child health.
　　黄思皓82岁的爷爷黄昭煊是该校1958级机械二系校友，81岁的奶奶何惠芬是1959级机械一系校友，49岁的姑妈黄冬是1990年考入同济医科大学（后合并进入华中科技大学）妇幼卫生专业。

　　His grandfather is still hale and hearty. The elderly man was very excited to accompany his grandson to school and took a photo with him at the school gate. Grandpa said, "I haven't been to Wuhan for nearly 50 years! The campus has changed a lot with many tall buildings, but the trees are still so dense, which reminds me of those days when I was studying here."
　　爷爷黄昭煊仍然精神矍铄。这次陪着孙子来武汉报到，老人很是激动，特意和孙子在校门口合影。爷爷说：“有近50年没来武汉了！校园里的变化也太大了，多了很多高楼，但树还是这么茂密，还能想起当年读书的情景。”
　　At the gate, grandpa patted his grandson on the back and told him to "study hard and serve our motherland after graduation."
　　在学校门口，爷爷拍拍孙子的肩膀，叮嘱他要“好好学习，学成后报效祖国”。
